Carmelle with her children

 Hi, I’m Carmelle,

Your local women’s health nutritionist, mum, and nature lover, passionate about helping women restore their energy, understand their hormones, and feel like themselves again.

When I’m not working with clients, you’ll find me soaking up the outdoors, camping, horse riding, or exploring new places with my family. There’s something about being in nature that helps me reset and recharge, just like good nutrition does for your body. I believe health isn’t just about what’s on your plate, but how you live your life, and I love helping women find that balance.

Why I Do What I Do

Motherhood is an incredible journey, but let’s be real, it’s exhausting. Between sleepless nights, endless to-do lists, and putting everyone else first, it’s easy to lose yourself in the process. I know because I’ve been there.

Too many women are told that feeling tired, rundown, or out of balance is just part of being a mum. But I believe you deserve to thrive, not just survive. That’s why I’ve made it my mission to help women prioritise their health in a way that’s realistic, practical, and actually works without the overwhelm.

Forget the fad diets and complicated meal plans, my approach is all about science-backed, sustainable strategies that fit into your busy life as a mum. I focus on real food, realistic changes, and long-term results, because I know you don’t have time for anything else.

Whether you’re dealing with fatigue, hormonal imbalances, postpartum depletion, or just feeling "off," I help you uncover the root cause of your symptoms and create a plan that works for you, not against you.

Who I Help

I work with women who:
✔ Feel exhausted, overwhelmed, and unheard in their health journey
✔ Struggle with low energy, brain fog, mood swings, or hormonal imbalances
✔ Want practical, sustainable solutions to nourish their bodies without the stress
✔ Are ready to feel strong, energized, and like themselves again

✔ Are looking for an alternative approach, for long term health solutions

If you’re ready to stop running on empty and start feeling your best again, I’d love to help.

  • No, while I am passionate about supporting women through all stages of life, I work with men and children as well. Health is a family affair, and I believe in providing tailored nutrition and lifestyle support for everyone.

  • Yes! I offer Telehealth consultations, which means you can work with me no matter where you are in Australia. Whether you're in a major city or a regional area, distance doesn't have to be a barrier to accessing personalised, expert health support.

With online appointments, you can receive the same in-depth, tailored guidance that I offer in person, all from the comfort of your own home. We’ll meet via a secure video call, where we can discuss your health concerns, create a personalized plan, and check in on your progress.

No matter where you are, I’m here to help you prioritize your health and achieve your wellness goals.

  • If you’re feeling exhausted, overwhelmed, or struggling with symptoms like poor digestion, mood changes, fatigue, poor sleep, brain fog, PMS, period abnormalities, acne, nutritional deficiencies, a nutritionist can help. Or if you are just wanting to learn more about how your nutrition can be improved to support your lifestyle. I work with clients who want to understand the underlying causes of their health issues and create a personalised plan to support long-term wellness.

  • Nutrition is not covered by Medicare, but you may be eligible for a private health insurance rebate if you have the right level of cover. I recommend checking with your health insurer to see if they provide rebates for consultations with a nutritionist.

  • Yes, I can refer you for testing if it's necessary to better understand your health. My preference is to guide you through getting tests covered by Medicare, which usually involves referring you to your GP for standard tests like blood work, hormone panels, and other relevant screenings. These tests are typically covered by Medicare.

However, some functional tests, such as comprehensive stool analysis, food sensitivity tests, or advanced hormone panels, are not covered by Medicare and will incur an additional cost. If I believe these tests are necessary to gain a deeper understanding of your health, I’ll let you know upfront about the costs involved and the benefits of doing the test.

The goal is to gather the right information to create a personalized health plan that addresses your unique needs, while keeping costs manageable for you. I’ll always make sure you understand the options and work with you to make the best decisions for your health.
